Data stick and network drive issues

Hello:

Log onto network, my personal data drive and all additional drives show up, however when I put the data stick into my USB port the safely remove hardware icon shows up in the task bar however my data stick does not appear in My Computer.

Restart machine with data stick in the USB port, login, the data stick shows up as an E drive like it should under My Computer however my person network drive does not appear.

The data stick works well on two other identical machines, they have been Ghosted with the same image.

Any ideas?
Thanks

On the machine with mapped network drives, use Disk Management to reassign the USB drive a letter that is not already in use. It will then remember that it's supposed to use that letter next time you connect it.

Sounds right on:

Can you give me a brief walk through on how to do this with disk management, read the tutorials within help but did not make alot of sense.

Thanks again

Right click on the drive, change drive letter - it really is that simple.
