Is my video card compatable with MB?

Can someone explain what SLI is? I have had previous issues with my motherboard and RMA'd it back to INtel for a replacment. Before I get my new board (945GPM) I want to make sure that the video card is compatable. Maybe that is why I was having all of my previous problems, but not sure. I think the PCIe card has to be compatable with the chipset?

sli is basically a way for linking 2 video cards together. i don't think it'd be causing you problems here.

SLI requires 2 PCI-Ex16 slots, Nvidia video cards, and a motherboard with a Nvidia chipset. You have none of the 3.

Your motherboard and video card are compatible.
