MSI MS6738, AKA the KM2M-L. Take a look at the picture and the specifications to confirm that it's the right board.

Do you get any display on the screen when you turn the computer on?

If not, then we really need the full specifications of the computer to help you. Is it a home-built system, or a brand name?

Examine the capacitors carefully for bulging tops and leaking electrolyte.

XP and ME have builtin unzippers - if you have 98 or 2K you need to download something like Winzip, Winrar, Winace, or 7-Zip. 7-Zip is the only true freebie.

Extract the contents of the zip file to a new empty folder. Look in there for a readme that will tell you how to install it.
