New build SATA drive invisible

Hope I can get some assistance on this one, please.

I just finished buiilding a new PC and when I am booting up and also in the BIOS, I can see that the system reads the fact that I have two SATA hard drives. However, when I click my computer to see the list of hard drives, only one appears there. My intention is not to have these set up as RAID in any way, just plain old hard drives. I must have overlooked something in the BIOS configuration but not sure.

Here's more information: I have a total of 4 hard drives in this rig. 2ea Seagate Barracuda 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drives and 2ea WD EIDI 160GB Hard Drives. One of the WD drives is partitioned into a 20GB and 140GB split. When I look at MY computer and see the list of drives, it says the following:

C drive -- 320 GB
D drive -- 140 GB
E drive -- 160 GB
F drive -- 20 GB

No sign of the other 320 GB sata drive
