Question Better CPU or better cooling?

Recently, I have found a question that really puzzles me. I was building an Intel C2D system, and I am not sure if I should get an E6300 with liquid cooling, or an E6600 on stock cooling. My budget allows an E6300 and a liquid cooling system, so I could over clock it, or should I get an E6600, with just stock cooling?

Thanks in advance!

Liquid cooling an E6300 would be a total waste of money. Unless you are planning major voltage increase to your CPU, get the E6600 and stock HSF.

You can even overclock the E6600 on stock cooling. You may not be able to get the extreme numbers, but it will be faster than a 6300 on liquid by far - and it has twice the cache.
