How do I know which way a case fan blows before I install it?

There is usually a small arrow on the edge of the fan somewhere telling you the airflow direction. If not, just plug it in and find out before mounting it in the case.

The concave (hollowed) side of the fan blade is high pressure side, that indicates the direction of airflow also.

Also, unless the fan is somehow different then the standard case fan. The front of the fan where the sticker is and where the motor is being held is where the air will be blowing from.

The four different brands in front of me have the fan motor's label in the direction of flow, and they all have arrows as well.

So with the fans installed, if I were to want the front fan to suck air in and the rear fan to blow air out then, the rear fan I should see the sticker from the outside of the computer(the "concave" of the blades facing out) and the front fan I should not see the sticker from the outside of the computer(the "concave " of the blades facing in). Does that make sense?

THX for all your help. You guys are cool.

Yes.

For example, if you look at this fan

Lets say it were literally on your desk in that position, it would be blowing air towards you.
