USB Flash Drives

The Found New Hardware Wizard comes up each time a different device is connected. The thing is that my printer works fine, so why wouldn't the flash drives I'm plugging in work? I tried popping in three different XP cd's to see if it'll install the USB driver but it fails to. The file missing is USBSTOR.SYS

Oh and I do have SP2. Device Manager doesn't show any exclamation points by the USB devices.

Found the USB drivers on driverguide.com and tried to install off of that but the hardware wizard still claims it can't find the file even when I point to the folder.
