PC screen goes black! ahhh help =)

Hi,
I have a Pentium IV 3.0Ghz 1mb cache 800 front side bus, Asus P5GD1-VMGL 915G motherboard, EnerMax ATX 460 watt power supply, 2 X 512mb (1024) ddr pc3200 low latency ram, Seagate Barracuda 80gb 8mb cache serial ata with ncq hard drive, Lite-on 52/32/52 DVD/CDRW optical drive, ATI Radeon X600 XT 128mb PCI Express graphics card, windows xp home with service pack 2, 17" BenQ FP731 LCD monitor, 5.1 surround sound high definition, its an Alienware Area 51 desktop. Ok heres the problem that I am having. While in windows or during a game the screen on the monitor will flash black a few times before what appears to be idle. I pressed the power button on the monitor when this happened and it came back on, but off again after only a few seconds. I use a screen resolution of 1024 x 768. It happens when playing any game after about 5 minutes. Computer temperature at the time of the screen going black according to bios was motherboard 39 degrees C / 102 degrees F and the cpu was at 51 degrees C / 123 degrees F. CPU fan speed was 2944 rpm. Any help would be appreciated. Feel free to ask any questions regarding this issue. =)

VCORE - 1.424V
3.3V - 3.344V
5V - 5.174V
12V - 12.355V

Are you trying newer games with that X600? It sounds like your video card may not be able to handle the task.
