Hi! My name is Jeffrey Stephenson aka slipperyskip. I have been case modding for five years.

I specialize in wood and art deco designs such as the Decomatic HTPC.

That would be a great case for the kitchen unit. Beautiful work.

No I don't sell them. It is my hobby.

The Decomatic is designed to be used as a home theater PC.

I don't think I'm a jointer but I have been known to roll one up now and then.

Here are a few more pics:

Large version

The larger vent is the exhaust, smaller....intake.

Large version

The diagonal support seals the two vents and keeps hot exhaust air from recycling.

Large version

31 ports including HDMI and all flavors of S/PDIF

More of my work

Thanks!

Some of you may recognize my Unidyne PC. It made the rounds last year in a few contests and magazine articles.

If you really, really want to buy one you should go over to the Intel PC Design Contest and vote for it.

I'm a case modder who sneaked into the backdoor of Intel's "industry-only" contest and I have been doing OK.

More votes and comments will hopefully help computers like the Decomatic to make it to market.

There is no prize. I just wanted to prove to Intel that the enthusiast community was a significant source of innovation in PC design.

Read my contest post (pitch) while you are there....seems I'm causing quite a stir.

My contest blog (I hate the word blog)

Yes. It was the August "Rig of the Month" Last page for those looking.

It was also a runner-up in Extremetech's case mod contest.

Anyone here remember "The Screensavers" on TechTV? I was on it in May '04.
