Why only 3.2GB Memory
I am very curious why Windows XP professional is limited to 3.2 GB memory. What is it intentional? Was it a design flaw? Was it design limitation?
XP X64 can use 16GB of memory, what is the difference? I hope this is the right place to ask this question.
