Image SAS Drives
We are planning on purchasing 40 new Dell Precision 390 workstations for one of our remote offices, the specs for these machines are in the attachment. On these new pc's we are wanting to go to the 146GB 15K RPM SAS drives. one thing we are wondering is how will using SAS drives effect us imaging these pcs? Since SCSI controllers/drives tend to need drivers when installing an Operating System etc, will Ghost or Acronis True image be able to see the SAS controllers/Drivers? or is there some other imaging software that we should be looking at? They will all be setup the same as far configurations go.
Thanks for your help
