P5N32-SLi SE Deluxe or P5N32-E Plus?
The first board i had was the SE Deluxe, that crapped out, so i am going with the E plus. I have 2 7950 GX2's, an E6700 CPU, and i am wondering if 1. will i run into any problems relating to those parts? 2. is this a decent board? i did alot of searching for different boards but felt more comfortable getting something similar to what i had before.
also, i noticed a pretty significant price difference between the two (the E Plus being only 189$ and my original is around 250$) anyone know why this is? thanks |

I'd be interested to see some comments on this as well. The P5N32 line is one of the two main products I've been considering for my own new build.
Most consumer reviews I've seen have been positive. Just reports about a need to flash the BIOS out of the box in order to use some higher end components, along with some other little gripes here and there. Of course, these are all taken with a grain of salt. Better to hear from some people here. I myself didn't turn up anything when I searched "p5n32" on the board here. When you say your last one crapped out, can you be more specific? If you had problems with the last one, why is it that you come back to this model? Edit: Searched "p5n" instead and found two threads that might be of interest. http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.p...&highlight=p5n http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.p...&highlight=p5n Doesn't sound too good. Is there no decent Intel-compatible SLI board other than the P5N? Are we Nvidia folks limited to single card solutions (not that its really a bad thing) as our best option?
