Both of those links are for the motherboard. There is not one showing the case.

To install the motherboard in the case... line up the mounting holes on the motherboard to the holes on the case... make a mental note of where the holes lineup... next you install the brass standoffs included with the case in the holes where you noted that motherboard holes and case holes lineup... then you can line up the motherboard to the installed brass standoffs... and secure the motherboard to them using the screws provided with the case.

As for the neon lights... those usually connect to the power supply directly... usually through the 4-pin molex connector.

For the LCD... not sure what type and feature it includes... but you need to consult the manual that came with it. Same goes for the case wires coming from the hdd activity light, power button, reset button, power light... you need to consult your motherboard and case manual for specific instructions.

not to rain on your parade. if you need help installing a mobo, why try and tackle something much more detailed like an lcd screen.
as missonngo pointed out, consult the manual....and good luck

I already have the motherboard in the case, i guess i should have been a bit more specific on that. What I'm needing help with is where to hook up the wires from the case to the motherboard. The case didn't come with any instructions, just came with instructions on how to run the LCD screen. I fixed the link to the case

The motherboard manual will have the instructions for hooking up the case buttons and lights to the correct set of pins on the motherboard. It may take some trial and error and flipping the connectors from the case around to get it to work... you will be able to figure it out.

Same thing goes for the case USB, firewire, and audio cables.

Instructions are found on page 2-27, 2-29, and 2-30...
