Rosewill RCX-Z2-EX CPU Cooler

I'm thinking of buying this particular heatsink/fan (it's $25 from newegg when bundled with the AMD Athlon 64 X@ 4400+ Toledo 2.2GHz processor I'm getting for my system upgrade); does anyone have any experience or feedback regarding this particular model or Rosewill cooling products in general?

I think you'd get better performance with this Arctic Cooling unit. No cpu with the combo deal but a proven winner in the hsf department.
