HI, I just put in a Leadtek 8800 GTS with my new build, and it protrudes over my mobo fan,
therefore making my mobo run at 59-60c. Any Help?

You need to relax. This isn't a chat room and not everyone will have a solution. Personally, if you are experienceing overheating the first step would be to improve the case cooling, the component cooling, and/or lower/remove the overclock. You can't change the physical fit so you have to do something different in the cooling arena.

Ah, I noticed the bold "overclocked" word in your sig and didn't read how it was used. My bad. What type of fan arrangement (size and location) do you have in your case?

Is 80mm the largest fan you can install as an exhaust? A 120mm would move more air with less noise if you have room and mounting for it. You could then move that rear 80 to the front as an intake. But I would make those changes one at a time so you could properly evaluate each change.

Unfortunately, there's not much else you can do when the physical placement of parts confilict. ATX form factor may allow everything to fasten to a common template but that doesn't guarantee a lack of interference of some board level components.

Can you link a picture from photobucket or some such pic hosting site? Might be helpful if we can see exactly what you're up against.
