Restart Problems

My computer seems to not like me pushing the reset button. Even if its not crashed, if I reset the computer by pressing the reset button, It'll only go through half of the reset process. The cd-rom and the hard drives will make the noise they make when starting up, the monitor will shut off and that's as far as it gets. It stays like that until I shut off the power.

Epox 8kta3pro, athlon 1.33, gainward Geforce2 pro.

Thanks.

Check your power management settings in the system bios also in windows control panel, see if it makes a difference.

Thanks for the reply. I've tried changing every avialable setting to every possible in windows and in the BIOS to no avail. I might have to resort to flashing.
