Need opinions on this Seagate eSATA External HD. Will be Hooked up to DirecTv DVR.

I'm thinking about adding a eSATA HD to my DirecTv HR20 high def DVR for more recording space.

As I understand it, 100GB will reserved for DirecTv usage so if I buy this Seagate Ext. HD, I will have 650 GB of recording space.

Is the Seagate a safe purchase or would you recommend another 750+ GB eSATA drive?

I know there are many topics on this posted at DirecTv boards. But I trust opinions of members here and I'm interested in the reliability of this unit as an external HD rather than how it relates to DirecTv.

Thanks in advance
