22.7 gb avail 69.6 used HELP

Ok, how the heck do i figure out what sucked up my memory? My husband needs this darn piece of equipment to work. Please help. YOu can email me directly at ifruci@yahoo.com it is a dell dimension e510 and I am running xp Thanks in advance

Hard drive space is low? Having 22.7 GB available won't stop the computer from working.

As Chuck said we need some more specifics. Is it not working at all (not turning on)? Or is it just slow? Any error messages?
