seagate 80gigs failing..

hi guys i have a question..my 80gigs started to fail.... still good for me..
is like 6 years old ..well i run a scn in active@ file recovery 7.1 .. it detected some bad sectors fat's bad sectors asa well...my question is...
-if make a partition where the drive is ok ..let's say for example from 10gigs throught 60 gigs..
..performance on hard drive will improve...?

...if so... i don't know how to make it.. can get a partition program...

It's not worth the hassle - it's just going to get worse. Recover the files you need and buy a new drive.
