changing memory timing on a video card? HELP please.

I know its been a while but I am back . Well my question is now... can someone help me oc my vid card? including memory and what not. I know the card is crap (9250) but I am getting me an 8600gs soon in like 5 days. (well its way bettter than this 9250) Well I did get omega drivers and radlinker, rabit, radedit, atitool, and ati tray tool. I am familiar with ati tray tools and the atitool... but the rest its new.
I was wanting to push this card as far as it will go before my upgrade, cans someone or some people help me.

my pc specs...
3.33GHz Intel Pentium D 925 (stock 3.00)
1024 DDR2 533MHz
200 Gb HDD
128mb pci radeon 9250
224mb onboard intel 945 express (somethin like that)

(an off topic question... why does my pentium d 925 have intel speed tech? isnt it not supported?
