printer problems -- HP deskjet 3920

I Did something dumb,I cleared a paperjam from the front and my printer,[B]HP deskjet 3920,
does not work now. .it does not do anything and when i chech the status it gives the error message:


Print Cartridge(s) Problem
Print Cartridge Problem
The following print cartridges has a problem:
Black
Tri-color
Refer to printer documentation.


The switch keeps blinking and nothing happens except it does queue the document.In the control panel/printers---it shows it as default and offline. HELP!!!

Did you try reseating the cartridges?
