Case recommendation?

Hey guys,
I hope this is the right area of the forum for this.

I'm building a new system and I'm kind of hit a road block in choosing a case. I'm building a gaming system and I would like good airflow and cooling. I was sort of leaning towards the antec 900 but I really did not like all the led lights and the design.

I'm looking for a black atx mid tower case that is simple. I'm now looking at the lian li pc61 http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...XForumMessages but I'm not sure about the cooling for the case as I have yet to find a review for it.

I'm keeping my options open, if anyone can recommend a sleek and simple black case for me or comment on the lian li pc61. I would appreciated it.

Thanks.

If you want good cooling I would go for a Full Tower PC Case. They are a bit more pricey, but not too bad. My Apevia Full Tower was a little over 100 Bucks by shopping around at newegg.

Usually you can't go wrong in case's unless your buying an off brand name.

This is a pretty good motherboard:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811146035
It has two 120mm fans, an LED one in the front for intake, and a plain one in the back for exhaust. I would just replace the positioning of the two fans, so it's not bright in the front, but gives you some light when attaching cables in the back. It's also got sound damping foam, so it won't require aftermarket cooling solutions.

I can't recall a period where Lian Li screwed up a case. I doubt you'd be dissatisfied with one of their products. Antec P-series cases are a little pricey, but absolutely gorgeous. Link: http://www.antec.com/us/pro_en_performance1.php

Hard to go wrong with a Lian Li. Their cooling design is pretty good with two front intake fans, one rear exhaust fan and a blow hole on the top. If it's within your budget the Lian Li is an excellent choice.

If you like the antec 900, you could just replace those 3 fans that have the leds with different ones that don't.

Even if he did that, I couldn't call the Antec 900 sleek and simple. Lian Li and the Performance One series from Antec still top that category for me.

Lian Li tends to have the most uncluttered look... across the whole product line. (Have never owned one, but every time I see a build with one, their quality leaves me very impressed.)
