Radiator

I just got the hardware labs blackice gt extreme 240 and before i attach my hose i wanted to know which is the intake and which is output. This radiator doesn't seem like my old one where any hole was intake or output. One of the hole has a kind of tube going all the way to the back of the radiator and the other side has none? Is intake the one with the longer tube in the hole?

I would think it doesn't matter which one is intake/exhaust.
