Not the first time that this has been done. I can't remember the name of the other company that did this, but it was like two cases stacked one upon another...the upper case held the normal components and the bottom case held the refrigeration unit.

Not quite. And you should change that in-line image to link before a mod sees it.

I think the company that was putting out those early refrigeration type cases was Vapochill. Here's a review about the Vapochill Litespeed and a picture of the case.
