Ok, you need to give some more information.
What processor? What slots do you need? PCI-e? How many? What ram? DDR2?

Here is a list, the first two are asus, the rest Gigabyte. One of the asus boards is a bit over $100.

the Gigabyte P35-DS3L is a very nice board...I had one and it's a very good clocker if you so wish for it...
