Corrupt files problem
I got a corrupt files warning message, which said to run error check on the hard drive. I went to My Computer and right clicked properties, then tools and finally error check. I then get a message that Windows needs exclusive access to certain files and has to be restarted. When the computer restarts, I get a screen with a message that the file system is NTFS. Windows cannot open volume for direct access. Windows has finished checking the disk. I have also tried to run disk defragmenter, but it refers back to chckdsk/f. What am I doing wrong?
