Help motherboard
I have a Dell 9200, not even a year old running Vista. Problem is when the PC starts up and Windows starts to load the screen goes black. I called Dell they sent new graphics card, (Nvidia 8800 GTX), put new one in same problem, then all of a sudden it will work fine except for running games it crashes the system or only goes so far then gives graphic error, called Dell back - they said Ram and Power supply, I put in and still same problem, They sent Tech and he ran all tests al came back fime, They sent New Graphics card plus Physx Card, still same problem, system runs internet, etc but comes to games it crashes grahics card. Now Dell is saying Motherboard needs replacing - DOES THIS SEEM CORRECT?????? Please advise
Thanks |

You are on warranty - you have to go with what they recommend. Make sure you have them send the tech out to swap it.

Sounds like that's very good customer service. Make sure you get your data off the old one.
