Trying To PlayBack Blu Ray???

here are my pc specs
please help with new build...

other than the dvd-rom which is
LITE-ON Black 4X Blu-ray DVD-ROM 12X DVD-ROM 32X CD-ROM SATA Internal 4X Blu-ray DVD ROM Model DH-4O1S-08 - Retail

my vid card, hdtv are hdcp compliant and i'm using powerdvd 7 blu ray which came with blu ray player. cyberlink advisor has green lights next to evertything accept my vid card. it even has green light next to vid card drivers. so for some reason it's showing my vid card is not compatible.

powerdvd says "no disc in drive D" when i try and play the bu ray disc.

very new to this so any help is appreciated. thank you...

Power DVD is known for having issues. I would try another media player software.
