Epson Stylus C82 not printing
I have an Epson Stylus C82 printer that was given to me. It has not been used for about 6months. When my cousin gave it to me she had the print cartridges stored in a plastic bag which she took out of the printer when she stopped using it. Prior to putting them in the printer I shook them and I could hear ink in all of them.
I have run the nozzle check and head cleaning programs several times, but the printer still does not print. There are no traces of any ink on the paper. When I removed the ink cartridges I could see ink from them on the pieces they attach to in the holder. Is there a way to clean the pieces in the holder in the printer with some type of solution or can I remove the holder to make the job easier. Thanks. |
