Non-OEM Toner Question
http://www.4inkjets.com/Brother,HL-P...3,printer.html
This is apparently a reputable retailer that sells non-OEM toner for my Brother duplexing laser printer. They have fantastic prices. The high yield toner cartridge is half off what Amazon.com would charge for the OEM version. My question is: will they damage my printer? The same would go for the drum replacement upon replacement as well. |

I have used "generic" toner (not from the company you listed) for my Brother 5150 and have not had any issues. Same with the drum. I do stay away from "remanufactured" due to a past experience of having a piece of the cartridge break and costing me $100 to repair the printer.

Yeah I won't be getting remanufactured cartridges or drum units.
Looks like I'll be giving this website a shot. The savings are totally worth it and cutting back on unnecessary costs is especially important nowadays. |
