Planning some overclocking?
Gaming?

I've had good luck with the EVGA nVidia 780i SLI board. The BIOS is very simple to navigate and the board is laid out pretty well. The only down side is that if you want to use a GTX 260/280 (or any other dual slot GPU card)... it might block the front pantel fire-wire connection. If you plan to use slingle slot cards or not SLI... you should be golden.

That's a pretty good motherboard, you could also go with the less expensive P5Q Pro, it has similar performance, but not as many features.
