Question DDR3 1333Mhz or 1600Mhz?

Hey guys,
I just picked up an i7 920 2.66Ghz cpu from Tigerdirect... haven't decided on a mobo yet but I certainly am going to wait for the second generation of boards that are more stable and hopefully bug-free. Next, I'm going to be buying some DDR3. What I need to know is whether there is any point in getting DDR3 1600 over the DDR3 1333. How much of a performance difference is there really between them?
I can get: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227365 for $197 after rebate

or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227366 for $176 after rebate

or http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820227367 for $170 after rebate

Which would be a better choice for a system running an i7 920 (possibly overclocked to 940 speeds) and dual 260 GTX's Black Edition in SLI on Vista Ultimate 64-bit? Also, is there any point in getting two of these kits (for a total of 12GB)? I don't know if I'll need it or not. I've noticed some people in product reviews run an i7 system with 12GB... not sure if it's just for bragging rights...
Thanks in advance

You don't have to make a new thread for every question you have in regards to the same exact system. I count 4 threads so far.

With the memory... I would go with DDR3-1600.

Sorry, I figured I'd separate them out by issue

As for the memory you recommended DDR3-1600 what i'm still wondering is 12GB vs 6GB for a Vista Ultimate 64-bit gaming system?

Unless you do something that you know for a fact will use that much ram, then I would say 6gb is more than enough.

4gb is still usually more than enough for most people.
