Need help upgrading ram

I have vista x32 ultimate and it is great. However when i run crysis, my ram ramps up to 91% and it hick ups. My question is, if I go to 2 more gigs of ram then I know windows wont show all of it but what part of the ram is being used for the system? I mean is the portion for my 8800gts (g92) veing taken out?

Also, are these to rams the same? This is the one in my rig that pcwizard shows

All you need is DDR2-800. Do not aquire the DDR2-1066 that you have picked out because it will not be utilized at its rated speed.

And it will benefit you more to grab two additional modules so your board can continue to utilize the dual channel feature.

With a 32 bit OS, you will show anywhere from 2.75 to 3.5 gb ram in Windows when you physically have 4gb. Don't worry about it. Windows will use what it can. Yes, an exact match is always best.
