Mouse Pad

I did a search and found a few answers, but haven't seen anything recent.

I'm about to get the Logitech MX Revolution, which is a laser mouse. I currently have a laser mouse, and a cheap mouse pad. The pad is really small, too small actually, and it moves around my desk. It's annoying me.

Any suggestions? Especially for those that use the mx revolution.

I have an MX, but have always used a small cloth mousepad, as basic as they get. It doesn't move around the desk too much, but yeah, it would be better if it were larger. A friend of mine had a metal 'gaming' mousepad. It came with slippy feet for the bottom or the mouse to reduce friction. I'm sure it worked very well, but it felt very, very wrong to me (not to mention cold!) If I were buying a replacement, I'd probably be looking for a large cloth one - Overclockers UK have them in stock, so they do exist! I find the feet on the mouse to be frictionless enough, so that's really a non-issue.

I use a Logitech EX110 desktop (wireless Keyboard & Mouse) my son swiped my mouse pad a couple months ago, and have been using the mouse on my computer desk surface with out problems. I always hated having to constantly reposition the mouse on the pad, If I feel like the mouse is dragging on the desk, nothing a spray of pledge can't fix.

I tried my current laser mouse on my desk, and it just doesn't feel right, and it has that scratching noise (sort of sound like that).

Think of getting this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16826995018

Any opinions?
