secondary hard disk drive 1-2 not found

ok guys i have this problem..i was cleaning power supply fan and fan attached to case,,i have this dell dimension 8200.
after that evrything run fine. so today i tried to listen some music and then drives didn't open[no evn light] ,,i rebooted pc and got this message
secondary har disk drive 1-2 not found..press1 to continue...device manager sees everything ok.
bios shows unknown and "auto"..i didn't change jumpers on these drives since i don't know which is slave,primary,secondary,etc.
what can i do about this guys?

Are these actual hard drives, or cd drives?

Open it up again, with power off and power cable unplugged and make sure all the cables are fully attached and didn't come loose.

you're no gonna believe this one...after re-checking all connections again..i remove both drives -cd/dvd reader and dvd burner...found some "dust'..remove it.
and all is well now...
just in case if it happens to you guys
