Need a little help

Need a little help I have a Hp m1070n (bought in 2004) and the hard drive crashed HP does not have any replacements, it a 160 gb Seagate I seen one on one of the on line sites the same hard drive or can I install a larger one then run my restore disks and get it going once more thanks for your help in advance this is my wifes PC and she is useing my lap top and I like to get it back

You may use any SATA hard drive. Brand and capacity does not matter.
