USB Flash Drive Camera Time Setting
I have a small pen camera that has a 4g memory. The instructions for setting the time on this unit are not very clear and I have tried numerous times to do so to no avail. States to open Notepad and type the date and time as they outline then close and save to Desktop as SystemTime.txt file then open the drive of the camera and copy the file from desktop to the drive, close the drive and you are good to go. Date and time does not change on the camera and I know there is a time element there since it shows when you record however I can't locate this in the drive. I have "show hidden files" so it is not hidden. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Try checking the manufacture's site for a software update.
Where are you currently placing the notepad file? In the root directory? Maybe you need to create a folder labeled 'Date and time', or something of the sort.

In Notepad I entered the current date and time and saved it as SystemTime as a .txt file as per the instructions. Opened the drive that corresponds to the flash drive and then copied the SystemTime.txt to the flash drive. Closed it out unplugged the camera and tried it out- wrong date and time. Somehow I have to get to the "root folder" however I am unable to find it. Set to show all hidden files and when you click OPEN or EXPLORE there is nothing displayed. I am unable to locate a web siite for this unit. Thanks for your help.
