Possible motherboard problem?

I left my computer on overnight to download some stuff, and when I came back to it this afternoon it was stuck in a rebooting loop. It would get to where it was about to load XP and flash a blue screen for a split second, then reboot itself. I was thinking it was the hard drive, but I tried booting with it on another computer and it loaded just fine.

Press F8 to get the boot menu - and choose the item that disables restart on errors - this will freeze it at the bluescreen. Research the stop code that it gives you.
