HELP!! Calling all computer NERDS
Help
How do i recover or reinstall twain keep getting error message! my scanner is not working i have an aptiva computer that has an error message that reads twain error T 009D error T021D twain_32.dll copy twain_ 32.dll source disk to windows folder HELP |

scanner problems
I did that already it didn,t work. I had two other scanners before this and i wonder if i deleted some files by accident? All i know is that twain error and missing links keep coming up! Can you HELP?

Completely uninstall ALL scanners and all associated software - UNINSTALL, not DELETE. Reboot a few times then reinstall your current scanner.

First uninstall through any software that is loaded in your Program menu.
2nd-uninstall anything through Add/Remove Hardware. |

What kind of scanner: Scsi, usb, parallel port? What brand (umax has drivers that can drive you to the brink of insanity). What happened prior to the scanner going on the fritz (any other sofware/hardware installed?). What systen are you running this on?

Scanner Problems
1st scanner was a 2nd is PaperPort One touch new scanner is a USB scanner that does not have to plugged into an outlet it hooks into the back of your computer a
I keep getting missing some links???? Not sure what happened. Was working fine with paperport scanner. Now it has gone haywire!!!! Help i need it for the Holidays!!!!  Debb1985 |
