My WD HHD rated low

So I did the window rated number thing. processor 7.7 sub score, RAM 7.8 sub score, graphic 6.4, gaming graphic 6.4, primary hard disk 5.9 so my base score is 5.9??

Is there seems to be a problem with my HDD or this number is normal? I also noticed is kinda pretty loud when is working.

It is because your hardrive is is not an SSD. Microsoft is seeing what you have and then assigning a number. They are not actually benchmarking your components.

If you want an actual benchmark then do an actual benchmark.

WD Blacks are on the noisy side and run hot That's the downside of being fast.

5.9 is pretty much the max you will see with a mechanical disk drive. As David M said, you need to move up to an SSD to get a higher score.
