The third monitor can only be run off the DisplayPort with an active adapter. Is your card standard DisplayPort or MiniDisplayPort?
Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE Active DisplayPort Adapter 100924 DisplayPort to DVI Interface Newegg.com - SAPPHIRE Active Mini Display Port (M) to Single-Link DVI (F) Cable 100925 Mini DisplayPort to DVI Interface You of course will need a DVI cable. |

what I did was buy another 6970 card and crossfired them. now I have three monitor display like I wanted. I plugged the first two monitors into the two dvi ports on the first card and then plugged the third monitor into a dvi port on the second card.
however I tried to do the eyefinity, all three monitors working as one wide one. I can not get it to work on all three, i can get it to work on two. I wonder if I have to hook them up differently on the cards them selves? the guids from the web page of xfxforce.com are not very good. |

To get Eyefinity, you MUST hook them up to ONE card EXACTLY like I described.
