chip running too hot?

just built a new system (see specs in my sig below) and i was wondering....

after about 5 hours of WinAmp, internet surfing, Morpheus and various installs from CDs, my CPU temp is around 104 Farenheit and my case temp is around 80 Farenheit. is this normal/acceptable? is this too hot? i used the heat sink & fan that came with the retail AMD box. I have an Antec SX830 mid tower case, with 2 input casefans and 2 output fans plus the power supply fan. the air that moves thru the case comes out the back feeling roughly like room temp air.

just curious
