Paltalk streaming video problem
Hi I dont know if this is a hardware problem or not but when I try to chat on the streaming video chat rooms, the video is very slow or not at all, picture but no movement on my screen. Is this a problem with my video card or is it because I am running a celeron 400Mhz chip. I have been told that 400Mhz is not fast enough for good video, is that right or is there some other reason. I gather from other people on the chanel at the same time as me that they are receiving the pictures okay so I guess its not a problem with Paltalk. The video card that is installed in the computer is integrated into the motherboard (PCCHIPS) Dont laugh, I have had a pretty good run out of it. Thanks in advance guys for any suggestions you may have.

I would be more inclined to look at your Network. What kind of internet connection do you have? Though you are probably right in examining your video card as the source of the delay, network bottlenecks are most often centered on the slowest component in your system.
