web address and date at bottom

Hi, I no longer get the web address and date printed at the bottom of the page.
If I go into Print preview, I do see the address and date, but it does not print out. I have changed the margins etc. but that does not help. I went into a screen that asked about the header and footer settings, and I saw in the footer setting the following &u&b&d which I think is correct. If I print an e-mail, I do get the date at the bottom. I am running Windows Me on a Pentium III and have IE 5.5 with Outlook Express. I just noticed this problem a few days ago. I have done a full virus scan. Can anyone help ? Thamks, Mike

This isn't a big problem to worry about, I don't think that htere's a virus that does such a thing.
I recommend you to ignore it and add the time and date manually!

I am assuming MS IE here
In Menu 'File' and then 'Page Setup' there is a 'Headers and Footers'
I grabbed this from IE Help and searched Headers and footers

Good luck
