The headsets did not come with a Bluetooth transceiver? Normally headsets come with the transceiver you plug into a USB port. (My Sennheiser Bluetooths didn't. My Corsair Bluetooths did.) If they don't then they should offer one sold separately under Accessories, which they don't.
Is the transceiver you have now not working or have you not purchased it yet? I looked up your headsets on Amazon and others purchased the I/O Gear micro bluetooth adapter. Don't know if this helps. http://www.amazon.com/Plantronics-90.../dp/B001TK3AC0 The prices on Amazon for both are also less.

it detects my phone but not the headset, the headset did not come with a dongle and i did purchased the one i linked to from worst buy.
they told me that all 2.1 usb dongles are a2dp compatable. here is a better site for cell phone accesories. batteries headsets are much less than anywhere i have found and I have purchased from them and delivery is prompt. Altec Lansing BackBeat 903 - $42.95 |
