Will this SSD work for this mb?

My wife uses an older machine (W7x64). Motherboard is P5KPL-CM/1600 running four gb RAM. I'm considering replacing its 250 gb Seagate HD with Intel 330 Series SSDSC2CT060A3K5 - Newegg.com

She uses her machine for only the most basic computing tasks and 64 gb is plenty. Will it work OK on this mb? Thanks.

Yes, but it will only run at SATA II speeds.

I honestly don't think it would be worth replacing a perfectly good hard drive with it.
