Does your "verizon MII 1510 wireless 4g router" provide the 802.11a (or possibly b) signal that the wireless card in your X31 must have in order to communicate?
BTW, a search for "verizon MII 1510" doesn't really turn up anything. Are you sure that's the correct model number?

Are the drivers installed for the wireless adapter? I'd recommend you use Windows to manage the wireless rather than the card utility.
