question about my old Abit board

My old desk top board is Abit nf7-s and I want to set up a TV Internet in my LR so I don't have to drag my LT around the house. Is the board to old or should I junk it?

it will work fine... how much ram do you have? 2gb would work ideal.

that board is comparable to an E350 by todays standards...

TY---- that was my next question if this board was OK . I used some of the ram in another PC. I want the best and most that will fit. ANY IDEAS ??

I have been out of the build loop for 4yrs and I am a newbee with all the changes. As far as the net I can hard wire my router. It is only 35'

finding ram is going to be the tuff part...

You might try Googling ddr400 2x1gb and see what you can find... that would be more than enough

Not tough at all, Newegg has 10 different 2x1 DDR400 kits.
