i replaced the CPU cooler, and now the optical drives are not recognized..
i dont see them in the BIOS, they're not in the boot order. i have 2 LITE-ON Model iHAS124-04 DVD Burner - Bulk Black - Newegg.com they were working fine before taking out the motherboard 3 times. ![]() now after messing'n with it i get a "MGRBOOT" MISSING message.![]() if i was to have to replace them.. what would be a good replacement for Windows 7 64bit. i was looking at the Sonys.. there are 2 models http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...rive&x=32&y=15

Carefully check your power and data cables. You aren't going to kill 2 drives by simply pulling the motherboard and replacing it. I'm betting you didn't plug them back in to the same motherboard ports.
