How to record quality sound from PC?

I have an inboard sound card so I can't find out what card I have exactly.

I have been listening to a radio show that I would like to record so I can listen when I can't be there when it is playing live.

I googled audiacity but when I tried to select a recording device, it says that there is none found.

What am I missing?

Thanks!
